Project Overview

Union Office Interiors (UOI) is a Massachusetts-based office furniture dealership and workplace design partner — helping organizations across corporate, healthcare, education, life sciences, and legal sectors furnish spaces from first conversation through install.

I led Webflow development on a full brand and website rollout designed by Jords+Co, replacing a dated presence with a conversion-focused experience that reflects UOI’s partnership-led approach and showcases their project portfolio, process, and manufacturer relationships.

The live site is at unionofficeinteriors.com.

The Challenge

The rebuild needed to do more than refresh visuals — it had to support how UOI actually sells:

  1. Brand repositioning — A new identity and messaging system (“Great spaces start with listening”) had to land consistently across every template.
  2. Portfolio at scale — Project case studies, client logos, and market-focus content needed a CMS structure editors could maintain without developer help.
  3. Editorial depth — A news section for hiring updates, brand announcements, and thought leadership required flexible long-form templates.
  4. Conversion paths — “Schedule a Call” CTAs, service explainers, and trust signals (testimonials, manufacturer partners) needed to work together across desktop and mobile.

My Role

As lead Web developer on the Jords+Co engagement, I owned the Webflow build end to end:

  • Webflow Development — Built responsive page templates for home, services, about, projects, news, and contact from Jords+Co designs.
  • CMS Architecture — Structured collections for projects, news posts, testimonials, and related content with editor-friendly fields.
  • Interactions & Motion — Implemented hero carousels, logo marquees, testimonial sliders, and scroll-driven sections that matched the brand’s polished feel.
  • Component System — Reusable sections for the Discover / Plan / Deliver process, market focus, featured clients, and partner logos.
  • QA & Launch — Cross-breakpoint testing, CMS validation, and launch support for the marketing team.

Outcomes

The new site gave UOI:

  • A credible brand presence — A modern, photography-led experience aligned with their repositioning as a design partner, not just a vendor.
  • CMS-driven portfolio — Project showcases (including featured work like ALKU’s Andover headquarters) that the team can update as new installs complete.
  • Clear conversion paths — Service pages and persistent CTAs that guide prospects toward scheduling a call.
  • Editor-ready news — A blog for company updates, hiring, and industry perspectives without ongoing dev dependency.
